1. Who is Afreshfloral?

Hi there, we are a home-based florist specializing in preserved flowers and related products. Occasionally, we also sell soap and fresh flowers. We are trained by florist schools in Singapore (SG) and have WSQ certification in both fresh and preserved flowers.

Based both in Singapore & Melaka (M'sia), our flowers are available for purchase in both countries. The prices shown in this website is solely for SG-based purchases (SG addresses). For our Malaysia-based customers, please feel free to drop us a message to enquire more.

2. How can I make a purchase?

Before making an order, please enquire about our availabilities and communicate with us on your delivery/shipping preferences. 

Our payment options aside from this website includes: Paynow/Paylah/Bank Transfer/TNG transfer

3. What do you sell?

We offer the following products

- Bouquets (eg. Bridal Bouquets, Birthday/Anniversary Flowers, Graduation Bouquets)

- Vase/Basket Arrangements, Bloom Boxes, Grand Opening Arrangements

- Preserved Bell Jars/Domes etc.

As this website only allows us to list no more than 5 items, you may wish to visit our IG or Carousell to view our offerings! Alternatively, you can drop us a message to discuss! We don't bite ;)

4. Delivery and Shipping 

Please enquire with us on your delivery and shipping preferences.

For SG orders, doorstep collection at 310228 is preferred, however we are open to meet at mrt stations at our convenience. Alternatively, please arrange for grab delivery/lalamove.

For M'sia orders, self collection is available at 75200, Kota Syahbandar, Melaka. Otherwise, please opt for shipping. Shipping fee ranges from 7-10rm.

5. Care tips for your products

Both preserved and soap flowers need to be kept away from water or moisture at all times. Preserved Flowers should also not be kept in areas with high humidity like kitchens, toilets etc. Direct exposure to sunlight is also likely to cause the colours of your preserved flowers to fade.
